Exercise
Broadly speaking exercise can be split into 2 categories, aerobic and resistance. There is a good deal of cross over between the 2 categories, and the focus should be the quality, not the quantity, of what you do.
Your programme will be designed specifically for you, and will combine aerobic and resistance work. It will also have built in elements that improve neuromuscular skills, proprioception, flexibility, balance, and other skills you may not even know you have! Our goal is to do much more than just turn up for an hour and make you sweat, and our techniques are both sophisticated and fun. We will also work very hard to remind you of activities you used to enjoy, and get you being active when we are not there. We want to help you structure your whole week to be healthy, not just the hour or two that we're with you.
And we will bring a full range of equipment
with us to improve effectiveness and keep you motivated and interested.
